The hotel was excellent value for money, especially considering the low prices. The attention to detail and Italian style decor of the rooms was impressive. Furthermore, the hotel's location near two train lines, including Termini station, made it incredibly convenient to explore the city without needing to rent a car.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with our room being cleaned daily including fresh bed linen and towels. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-functioning air conditioner and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to the city center and many main attractions. the hotel was conveniently close to the train station and the Manzoni metro, allowing easy transportation to other districts.

We were really surprised by the lovely room with a balcony at Hotel Donatello. The location was great, just a short walk from the Colosseum and underground. The staff was helpful in arranging taxis, and the breakfast, though continental, kept us satisfied until late afternoon.

The outside walls of the hotel are covered in unsightly graffiti, which gives a rough impression of the neighborhood.

It can be difficult if you are coming with a car, as there is no parking available in front of the hotel and the nearest garage is a 10-minute walk away.
